I would yell no and lift her up and take her outside if I caught her peeing. And I would go outside every hour or so and give her a treat after she finished going potty. She eventually got the idea. Why did he called the cops? I did exactly the same thing you described here five months ago when my puppy first came to my apt, except I have a designated dog toilet for him in the living room. It took me a lot of time of the day watching around but it paid off so well! Great method and clever pup! I wonder too. Why did he called the cops?
