I am in complete agreement with this statement… A few weeks ago my neighbours dog had the same thing happen to it (he was trying to jump their chainlink fence and got his foot stuck in, and was hanging there). I ran over and helped the owners get him out of the fence and as soon as he was freed he was jumping around and trying to play with all of us like crazy! He usually isn’t a very playful dog either.
Wow, that’s amazing! I know a few dogs who also seem to show appreciation. Very cool that this was caught on camera.
