I'm with Mona - some of us with elderly dogs who sometimes go to the bathroom in their sleep due to nerve damage are thinking, hmmmm. I have a Great Dane mix and although we're not at that place yet, if/when that time comes, well, I'm sure I'll welcome anything that works. In that arena, I think it's pretty smart. Anything that will keep my house as sanitary as possible and keep my dog's dignity is something to consider. Unfortunately they aren't marketing it as such, and people think it's crazy. Which it is if people are using it for the reason in the ad. They should redirect their marketing! They could probably double the price.

I can barely stop laughing to type this note. I guess there is bound to be a time that something like that could be handy, old dogs with problems, etc., but I really can't imagine my Lab wearing that thing. Besides, that little baggie is WAY too small for that dog unless they're not feeding him very well.

I also thought this was a joke at first- for the average dog owner it's a little kooky. However, if I had an older dog who needed this to keep my house clean (much like I put 'Depends' on my grandfather), I would buy it! I think the inventor was very creative and came up with a solution for the right type of problem.

this is actually quite funny! But I think it has its uses. A lot of people should find this contraption useful. And about dogs marking territories that's totally absurd, we shouldn't pick up after them if we cared about their "territories"
